5 days in, I lost the 5lb water weight gain. It's not real fat but having mostly stomach fat gains, it's nice to deflate a little 🙈.
Also I don't own good scales (old scale), mostly weighed in at the gym to save sanity, so I'm not obsessing over numbers.
Aw well done! Yes numbers should not be obsessed over. My weight has not moved a lot as I’m still PMS-ing - retaining water. But I don’t allow it to affect me because I’ve been eating at deficit.
Once my period starts, the numbers will go down.
Absolutely. I was on my period last weekend too. Not fun. i store few lbs of water throughout the event.
I'm going to get a new scale sometimes in future to obsess over numbers lol.
Yesterday was kinda bad; i went over my numbers but i also set my settings for 2lb loss. Yesterday reached 1lb loss mark.
Trying to get back on track aggressively. So when I add back the macros, it will be easier?. I'm overall happy with my regular diet, it's the stress binge eating and erratic schedules that throw me off.
For now, I try to occupy myself in time consuming evening activities to stay out of snacking.1 -
Ugh had a very bad weekend again. The weekends are my demise 😫 time to start again!

Finished first week, not as pumped for second week. But I ordered 3 new swimsuits, that hopefully will arrive right end of summer, due to slow shipping times. One of them is a small lol 😂😂😂 (only xs and s were left) I want to get off 10lbs by then. Current old scale says I'm about 158-159lbs.2

It is! It's hard to see progress daily, but it all adds up at the end.
I must rememember now that heatwaves are NOT an excuse to drink diet adult beverages. I had too many of those last night (spent too much time outside by accident), but no snacking!! My calories cosumed would still let me loose a little, but it's an offseting calories via cardio habit I want to break.1 -

I'm failing with my 2lb/week loss plans, eating for 1lb/week loss. Feeling super hungry and tired in the heatwave. Black coffee isn't cutting it. Long term I'm still eating for fat loss now.
I'm going to buy a new scale when I come across one. 3-4lb variations means I can't do accurate tracking.0 -

As long as you keep tracking food. I always get ridiculous cravings during that time. Which is worse than temporary water gain. 2 more weeks and I'll be bloated again too.
It's the weekend! Scale moved today substantially to 155, so now I'm thinking of buying a new one sooner.
If I reach 150lb, with water weight gains, by end of summer, I'll be happy. Late fall goal of 140lbs. It will get harder as it gets closer and closer.1 -
I just got a notice that my new bathing suits are being dispatched. I should make a personal challenge; Will i get to 150lbs first, or USPS and Canada post can deliver first?? Lol 😂😂😂 who knows...
150lbs won't be slim enough for the small though.0 -
And the water weight just keeps on coming. I don't exercise either when AF comes because it hurts too damn much so I'm looking forward to getting back to it. Giving myself the weekend to be a little more relaxed with my exercising and first thing on Monday I'll be getting back to it.

I had a rough day yesterday, not showing up on scale today though. Consumed matainance calories for 154lbs via liquor. Only snacked on the protein wrap (by itself) for carby taste and few olives. No fruity drinks. Long term it's ok, just not good for 'quick fix' now.
I've been enjoying the stationery bike, because the humidity is miserable outside.
My ultimate goal is to reach an eating pattern where I only need to undo extras, like last night, through exercise. Do cardio only 3-4 times a week and lift for 3 days.1 -
I actually managed to go to bed last night without any late night snacking. I thought I was going to cave but I somehow kept my mind occupied and passed on the sweet treats.
