It's not real fat, just keep trekking it!
I'm failing with my 2lb/week loss plans, eating for 1lb/week loss. Feeling super hungry and tired in the heatwave. Black coffee isn't cutting it. Long term I'm still eating for fat loss now.
I'm going to buy a new scale when I come across one. 3-4lb variations means I can't do accurate tracking.0 -

As long as you keep tracking food. I always get ridiculous cravings during that time. Which is worse than temporary water gain. 2 more weeks and I'll be bloated again too.
It's the weekend! Scale moved today substantially to 155, so now I'm thinking of buying a new one sooner.
If I reach 150lb, with water weight gains, by end of summer, I'll be happy. Late fall goal of 140lbs. It will get harder as it gets closer and closer.1 -
I just got a notice that my new bathing suits are being dispatched. I should make a personal challenge; Will i get to 150lbs first, or USPS and Canada post can deliver first?? Lol 😂😂😂 who knows...
150lbs won't be slim enough for the small though.0 -
And the water weight just keeps on coming. I don't exercise either when AF comes because it hurts too damn much so I'm looking forward to getting back to it. Giving myself the weekend to be a little more relaxed with my exercising and first thing on Monday I'll be getting back to it.

I had a rough day yesterday, not showing up on scale today though. Consumed matainance calories for 154lbs via liquor. Only snacked on the protein wrap (by itself) for carby taste and few olives. No fruity drinks. Long term it's ok, just not good for 'quick fix' now.
I've been enjoying the stationery bike, because the humidity is miserable outside.
My ultimate goal is to reach an eating pattern where I only need to undo extras, like last night, through exercise. Do cardio only 3-4 times a week and lift for 3 days.1 -
I actually managed to go to bed last night without any late night snacking. I thought I was going to cave but I somehow kept my mind occupied and passed on the sweet treats.

I had a miserable day, stomach pains all day and night, but stuck to diet. Trying not to look at scale just in case. I have few things pre occupying my mind all day so snacking hasn't been tempting.2 -

Thanks. I feel better but not 100% yet. I'm retaining water now too 😔 I'm getting closer to the beginning of a new cycle as well. 😢
But I'm sticking to tracking and getting some exercise in. Lifting is lacking and I need to curb chocolate again. I start to crave it cause i run on 4 hours of sleep a night. *sigh*
Maybe I'll do a week without chocolate again.1 -

It really does. I think that's why i quit tracking few months back, cause until you see big fat loss, it's always fluctuating same 5lbs up and down.0 -
I haven’t been weighing myself these past days. Period hasn’t come yet, looks like it’ll be a couple days/week late. Last weekend was not so good, had my cousin come over and I got us some snacks.. that we binged on.
But I did something I wouldn’t usually do, I gave her all the leftover snacks to take home, otherwise I would’ve binged even more.
This week I’m focusing on nutrition and intermittent fasting (18-20hrs).
Hope you’re all doing well. I’ll be updating my weight once AF arrives.1 -
I did pretty bad last night. I start work 7am now, and didn't get home, hungry and tired, until 8:45pm. Running errands too.
So I snacked to calm down and try to sleep to tune of 2200 calories. Obviously skipped all exercise. Which according to MFP would put me at current weight.
Ugh. If I get a constant supply of caffeine at work again, I'll be able to curb some of the snacking mid day. Also why i can't do IF.1 -
I feel like I put on so much pressure on myself (vacay goals + daily stressors not diet goals) that I can't even lift anymore 😔. Cardio is still ok. Weight is still down, though I had a mini stress and sleep deprived binge last night. But no desire to repeat. I need a breather today.1

Kinda know that stage too. I had to gain 10lbs to find the motivation to keep going down. I was also using cardio (running close to an hour 5-6/week) as a means to bring calories down, which wasn't very sustainable for long term upkeep.
