HI All!
I'm brand new to this site.. just getting used to it! Trying to get myself healthy and on track going into my 30s and my wedding next June!. Hoping this will jump start my fitness journey! IF anyone has any tips or advice for starting out, pls let me know1

Welcome! Log in every day whether you feel like it or not. If you are like me, you would rather not on those days that you don't follow your program. But I think adding a little note at the bottom helps you too. You can look back and see what was working and what wasn't...how various things affect your exercise/diet plan etc. Good luck!0
