I got home about 745 PM last night, made a quick couple of hot dogs for dinner but finished them at like 8:10 PM. I'm not counting that gosh-darn-it!!!!

Twice now I’ve allowed myself a single tablespoon of Nutella at the end of stressful days. It feels luxurious, but it doesn’t destroy my day. I still count it here, but at least it’s intentional & controlled.1 -
