Tone mid section, need suggestions

What exercises are best for toning a midsection? I am round where I don't want to be and am currently doing mat pilates, an hour of cardio, and some weights to work out my arms. I have been working out diligently as we have a nice home gym. 6 days a week of work outs.
I also modified my diet (fasting, I only eat between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm). Yes, I can lose a few more pounds, but I am approaching menopause so weight loss is difficult to say the least. How can I make the midsection look less round I currently weigh 123 and I am 5'5".

Based on your stats if you aren't happy with your midsection I would recommend recomp to lose fat and gain muscle. Maintain your weight, get lifting, get adequate protein

I think you look great, keep in mind our stomach may not be completely flat. See this thread

Posture can make a world of difference. I will never have a flat tummy (which I’m fine with) if I stand slumped with my hips tilted forwards I will look preggo, if I stand with good posture it gives the “illusion” of a flatter tummy and is a TON less noticeable. Have you been checked for fibroids? Many women around our age have them (I do) and they are notorious for causing a pooched out rounded tummy. Sadly, no amount of diet and exercise will make them go away, but there are treatments your doctor can offer. BTW I think you look fantastic!1

You look amazing as is! I found targeting abs help most but in addition, I do exaggerated hip swings while walking in place 50 times several times a day. No equipment needed. Next, I fast walk and sashay with exaggeration while I walk. I started with doing the hip sway sashay with abs tight for 1/4 mile. I can do a mile now and then a mile regular. It will do wonders!!! Work those abs and tighten up .. sashay with Faye!1

Hey there, you look awesome but I know what you mean since I’m always looking to firm up that part of my body too! I’m 47 and I hear you loud and clear! I’ve been having excellent results with Chloe Ting on youtube. She has a video called the 12 week challenge that is ten minutes of constant back to back ab workouts and I do it every other day. I can already see definition. Check it out!0
