Hi there

So I'm really new to this thing and honestly don't know where to start.
I currently weight 280 and need to lose atleast 120.
I am having problems because my apartment doesnt have much in the space for home exercise and I have no idea on food. My calorie intake was always whatever my husband ate which considering he's a foot and a half taller and built like a brick house I should have known better.
Any tips for a struggling lady would be appreciated.
