It’s a coconut based yoghurt. I didn’t check the label when I bought it, just trying out a few plant based yoghurts. Dang!

Coconut cream is very high cal. Discovered that when I accidentally bought it instead of coconut milk for curry.

I saw that later! I guess it's buyer beware when they package it as "yoghurt."

Yeah, the coconut cream will hurt. Look at that Sat Fat! 36g.

What is that? Yogurt? Keto yogurt?

    It's this stuff: https://coyo.com/us/product/yogurt-us/

It was in the dairy free/alt section at Whole Foods, I just picked like three randos to try. On their website they are calling it "coconut milk" based as well. Lies! I guess I'll cook with it at some point, it's a lot for my requirements just for a yoghurt pot.

Kite Hill makes really yummy dairy free yogurts. I buy the plain cause less carbs.
