I am super picky w/breakfast as i am not hte biggest fan of eggs, i have to be in the right mood. So here are my go to breakfast meals:

    1.) weight control instant oatmeal
2.) cereal- either special k, kashi go lean or chocolate cheerios (actually not AS bad as they look) but ill usually try to get some extra way of having protein, like these protein shots i take w/it- so its not just carbs.
3.) scrambled egg whites w/turkey & a side of toast.
4.) on a higher carb day... vans organic gluten free waffles w/sugar free syrup & strawberries.
5.) thomas 100 calorie thin bagels w/one wedge of light laughing cow cheese
6.) light 100 calorie english muffin w/natural peanut butter &^ sliced banana.

Eggs, totally. I eat like 20-30 a week.

    Delicious.

So many ways to make them... different scrambles, omelets, fried over lowcal toast, you name it.

Well, this isn't cheap, but it's very filling and has a decent calorie count. One of my "usual" breakfasts is a low-carb tortilla (80 calories), 1/4-1/3 c of egg beaters (30 cal), a smear of spicy fat free refried beans (25 cal) and 2oz of Melissa's soyrizo (precooked) (120 cal). Delicious, filling, full of protein and fiber for 255 calories.

Cottage cheese with a handful of fresh blueberries and a pinch of cinnamon. Quick, cheap, yummy and about 200 calories :-)
