Just realized my weeks are a little off. Oh well haha.
I h ad my doubts when I went back up a pound on week 4 that I would make my goal, but I know now that I will be making this goal! Only 2 pounds left. Everyone is doing so good!! Great job everyone!

Well this is it! Tomorrow is Labor Day and I met my goal a day early!!! Woo-HOO!!! MFP has been an awesome motivator and mini challenges like these have kept me on track for my success! I wish everyone the best as you continue on your journey to a better (and lighter) you CHEERS!!!

Well, Wish I had the same wonderful successes as everyone else... but, I have been faithful, & just ain't losing. I think adding the 30day shred to my daily list if to-do things is helping, as is upping my calories, so the body isn't bordering on starvation mode. Don't know exactly WHY my body is holding onto this weight, but I do feel like I am losing INCHES- so that is good!
