    Just realized my weeks are a little off. Oh well haha.
    I h ad my doubts when I went back up a pound on week 4 that I would make my goal, but I know now that I will be making this goal! Only 2 pounds left. Everyone is doing so good!! Great job everyone!

    Well this is it! Tomorrow is Labor Day and I met my goal a day early!!! Woo-HOO!!! MFP has been an awesome motivator and mini challenges like these have kept me on track for my success! I wish everyone the best as you continue on your journey to a better (and lighter) you :) CHEERS!!!

    Well, Wish I had the same wonderful successes as everyone else... but, I have been faithful, & just ain't losing. I think adding the 30day shred to my daily list if to-do things is helping, as is upping my calories, so the body isn't bordering on starvation mode. Don't know exactly WHY my body is holding onto this weight, but I do feel like I am losing INCHES- so that is good!

    Week 2 (7/25)- 167.4 (-0.6 from last week, still +1.0 lbs from start)
    Week 3 (8/1)- 167.4 (0.0, still +1.0 lbs from starting weight)
    Week 4 (8/8)- 165.8 (-1.6 lbs, from the start -0.6)
    Week 5 (8/15)- 164.6 lbs (-1.2 lbs, a total of 1.8 lbs from the start)
    Week 6 (8/22)- 166.0 (+1.4, total from the start -0.4 lbs)
    Week 7 (8/29)- 164.6 (-1.4 lbs, total from start -1.8 lbs)
    Week 8 (9/5)- 164.6 (0.0 lbs, total from start -1.8 lbs)

    Goal weight- 154 (that's 12 lbs from my weight now) FAILED
    NWG (non weight goal)- To fit into a size large t-shirt, and size 14 pants/shorts (Goal reached July 21, 2011, Pants/Shorts size 12) Still working on the shirt size (bought 2 more shirts this week, they were size Medium, but it depends on name brand, goal reached July 30, 2011)

    I can't believe I missed 2 weeks without weighing in. I was busy but at least I lost a total of 4 pounds. I will keep going though. I hope you all do too!
