I Did It!! I reached my goal weight (with Pics - Finally)

Today was weigh in day and sure 'nuff, I hit my goal weight of 170lbs today. That's a loss of 26lbs since July 1 when I started this lifestyle change. I've still got a lot of work to do for some other goals (still want to build muscle mass and drop some more fat, planning to do a triathlon next year, etc.) but happy to have hit this milestone. I've got some pictures. Sorry I don't have any good comparison shots, I didn't do any actual before pics and sorry about the quality of the after pics, they're just off my phone as you'll see. But hopefully they're enough to give you the idea.

Lol Thanks. Yeah I'll admit I was fortunate to have caught myself before things got too out of hand. But that gut in the referee pic is what really gave methe wake up call. Glad to be almost rid of that.0 -

Oh no I'm in this for the long haul. I've been calling this my lifestyle change and I mean it. MFP will probably be part of my life for as long as it continues to exist. I've also got other goals yet to achieve so i'll be actively learning from the rest of y'all here for a long time to come.
Thanks everyone for the kind words and continued support of each other, this community rocks!0 -
