Been consistent now for 25 days. Down around 14 pounds. Looking to add some friends as motivation and encouragement. I have been down this road numerous times before, hoping I can stay the course this go around.

You're not sure what happened?
Make sure you start logging everything. You need to learn what happened so it doesn't happen this time. Aim for a lifestyle change instead of a diet.3 -
