7/8- 192.4- good drop but still have a lot to make up. My elliptical broke today so I improvised and ran 3 miles outside and now I’m super sore. Definitely need a new elliptical ASAP.

I'm finally in the "healthy" BMI range!!! I know BMI is kind of wack but it's been so long since I have had a BMI under 25. I was in the "obese" range at the beginning of last year and I can't believe I've made this much progress! I took a progress picture today and when I compared it to my older ones I was so shocked by the difference. Very happy with my progress!7 -

Well the first few days of my vacation started put with me doing well then I bombed. It will be nice to get back to a routine and get back to business.
Things I learned that caused me to mess up.
🌴- Eating times were off. Family wouldn't eat dinner until after 8:00.
🌴- Not enough water and since I wasn't getting enough I would wake up ravenous and eat instead of waiting to eat.
Lessons learned to take to the next vacation-
🌴- Make sure to get enough water in
🌴- Ask family if there will be certain times they eat and plan my eating schedule around it.
🥳 I had a wonderful birthday on the 26th. My family cooked me breakfast, we went and ate crab legs for my birthday dinner, spent some time on the beach, took beach family pictures, and ended the day with birthday cake. It was a great day. I would put a picture on here but I don't know how.
