Up a couple of pounds since the 15th but it is okay. Haven't been able to eat like normal because I haven't been able to stand very long. My girls are so sweet. They have been fixing me what they can, taking care of little man, and doing my daily tasks. I am doing a little bit better today. It is easier for me to stand up. I don't look like a pregnant woman trying to get up 😆(I had to get up that way because I couldn't get into a standing position normally.) I found some stretches I am going to do today, going to continue to ice on and off, and take my anti-inflammatory meds. It helps me to keep moving so I will try a soft and easy walk in my home today and see how it goes. I am encouraged today with the progress on my back. Hopefully I will be back to normal soon. I now realize I may need to increase my water intake too. It's been hot and I could be mistaking hunger for thirst.8 -

Ugh! So frustrated. I haven't been eating much so I am not sure why I am gaining. I did eat outside of my eating time window last night and I am still not able to exercise. Maybe that is what it is. 7/8- 192.4- good drop but still have a lot to make up. My elliptical broke today so I improvised and ran 3 miles outside and now I’m super sore. Definitely need a new elliptical ASAP.

Went for a run today and ran for five minutes straight at one point which is pretty huge for me. It's been a long time since I've been able to run that long. My legs were dead tired afterwards, but it was worth it! Drank a lot of water today and stayed under my calorie limit as well. Hopefully tomorrow brings a good number!8 -
