Counting Macros

Hi Everyone,
I'm a female who really struggle with losing weight and have gained a lot the last few months. I was wondering how to calculate how many macros I need in grams. I am 5'6 and weigh 205lbs. I have tried researching online, but everything is in percentages and it would be helpful to know in grams. I find that MFP only shows it in percentage, but not what my daily goal should be. Also, being that I work out 4x /week with combined cardio and weights, should my macros change on those days? Any advice or leads on good articles would be great. Thank you!!!
