Nutrition tracker??

Hi, I am kind of new here - just came back after some time. I was using another app which would track down calories but also nutrition and would give you an idea of what you still needed to add to your diet, so sometimes I would add a bit more of a specific vitamin for dinner or something like that. I am so sorry that app does not exist any more - it was called calorie count, I think, it was some years ago. I have tried here in fitnesspal a couple of times but it is a bit frustrating that we can only measure calories (well carbs, fats and protein also). It gives a bit of a misperception of diet.

So, my question is, is there a way we can get a full nutrition report and not track simply calories?

Thanks in advance!

No, MFP doesn't offer that kind of tracking. But you're incorrect that you can only measure calories and macronutrients. There is a limited amount of tracking for certain micronutrients -- for example, fiber, iron, calcium are all also available.

OK, thanks, I'll have a look at that. I just need to get this out of my mind and focus on losing weight rather than the nutrition aspect which ends up being a distraction anyway.
