Week 2 Pygmy Exercises
Day 1 - 1 minute bear walk, 100 Jumping Jacks, 50 Crunches, 25 Split Squats, 1.5 mile walk, jog, run
Day 2 – 2 sets of 15 swimmer presses, 2 sets of 15 wood chops, 2 sets of 21’s, 2 sets of 15 lawnmowers
Day 3 - 1 minute bear walk, 100 Jumping Jacks, 50 Crunches, 25 Split Squats, 1.5 mile walk, jog, run

Sonia, I know we are allowed to make up exercise days, but are we allowed to make up our under calorie days? I was over on Thursday, but under on Sunday. Could I count that as a point?0

We had 5 reports of Bear Walks! :bigsmile: :sick: :bigsmile:
Our Tribe loss for the short week is....... 4.7 pounds!!!:bigsmile: :drinker: :bigsmile: (and this is without 2 reports!)
I have a Provisional Tribeswoman waiting in the wings to step in for our non-reporter... We have tracked her, and her loss was 1.6 pounds!!!:bigsmile: If our non-reporter does not show up soon, she will step in. Her name is lalooday (Laura) and if you would welcome her warmly I am sure she would appreciate it! She will follow along with us through the challenge and if at some point we lose a member (last month we lost through injuries, non-report, school, and PREGNANCY!), we will substitute her into the position.
Remember that you can log as either a Pygmy or Bushman on a daily basis.... if Pygmy is getting too easy, try Bushman! If Bushman is too advanced, you can do Pygmy! Just remember that the Team challenge for that day will also be either Pygmy:embarassed: or Bushman:sick: !!!
Last month our team had the 4th highest points, (942) of the ENTIRE Challenge! When you realize that we lost just 55.7 pounds compared to their average of 100 pounds, that means we were VERY high on logging exercises and challenges.... My challenge to you THIS month, Tribeswomen of WannaWeigh'Wa, is this... I want us to be THE highest loggers of exercise and challenge points!!!! We have a possibility (without extra bonus points and weight) of 1050 points... If those that chose a goal loss this month (55 pounds), make those goals we will add another 25+ points (points are based on %, not lbs). We have a team with a wide variety of weights... from mid-200's to low 100's, several are VERY near maintenance... this means that we may not have as many points from weight loss%... Each of those exercise and challenge points COUNT!!! We have 217 points as of RIGHT NOW!!! We are already spearing the tar outta September!!!:laugh:

Ok, another question for you...What if we don't go over our calories, but don't go under either? Do I get a point? My calorie goal for today was 1200, and I hit 1200 smack on the nose! Shouldn't I get like five billion bonus points for that? :laugh: :huh:0

I just wanted to pop in and give a big shout out to everyone doing the September challenge. I have been MIA since the end of the August challenge due to some nasty health issues and could not continue with the September challenge. I am now back among the living and ready to slowly start some activity. I just wanted to commend you all for your continued efforts and to let you know that I miss being part of this great group. You have all been in my thoughts. I want to offer you all the support and encouragement you need to continue onward. Do not be discouraged by little set backs. Today, right now, in this moment do the best you can. You will succeed!

Doggy Post ~ I got Sylvia her Prednisone today, the weekend was a ... well... "female dog"!!! We did find out that Fish Oil is good for her to take, it made the weekend bearable... I could tell when it started to do its thing cause she started moving around again and she would give dogy kisses and wanted to go outside and sniff for moles! I don't know about her, but I am exhausted, both physically and emotionally... They said that she will want to eat and drink again once the Prednisone kicks in, and it will help as long as it helps... (They only gave me a 10 day supply... I am hoping to be able to refill at least 2 more times... but that may be wishful thinking...)
Well, gotta go finish my breakfast, pick up the kitchen from the boys returning home last night, and get my exercise stuff on! Never thought that CARDIO!!! would be something I enjoyed!!! lol

Hi everyone! My name is Laura! I'm very very happy to be apart of this awesome "Tribe"! hehe. I definitely needed this, motivation is what has been missing all along. After I had my son....4 years ago, I slowly started gaining weight year after year. Just this last year I gained 20lbs. I stopped working at walmart and started subbing and going from on my feet for 8 hours and then to not so much moving around... sooo yeah it really effected me!
I've recently started working at a daycare/preschool where I am on my feet a lot more so I'm hoping that is going to help as well!
A few things about me... I'm 26 years old... almost 27! My birthday is the 24th of this month!!! I would love to say I've lost 10lbs by my bday... that would be a great gift to myself!!!!:happy: I've been married to my hubbaroo for 5 years and we have a 4 year old son named Jett that has inherited my crazy red hair and my husbands... well everything else. He's looks like his mini me except for the hair.
I guess that's all I will blab about for now... Best of Luck to all of you fine ladies!!!

Vince car dies almost to work (like blown headgasket kinda stuff), I tow him home (never done that before) took 2 HOURS going like 30 cause it was being a booger!!
Got oil change (thank God!) cause there was NO OIL on the dipstick!!!
Went to commissary for food. Try to leave... Nope something wrong... Vince come to rescue... Reload groceries... Haul hiney home to put in fridge/freezer and get to class an hour late! (Vince got home while I was at school bit he's asleep so I don't know what was wrong with it.) now sitting here realizing I got nothing I wanted to do, done today!!!
Oh well, tomorrow I will have a construction crew all over my roof, so I will have PLENTY of time to get on the treadmill, set up my textbook, and GO!!!
Becca, maybe I'll get to 1000 tomorrow.... Hmmmmm.... We'll see!!!
