I normally walk every day (its a dog owner thing) so would love to see what that adds up to over a month and thanks for the info on adding ticker will give that a go later.0

As of yesterday, I was at 21.5 miles for the month so far. I have already walked 1.5 miles today, and am not done for the day yet.

I hope it's alright if I join a little late. I meant to start working out again on Monday, but I made lame excuses for both Monday and Tuesday. But today I plan on starting during nap time! I need to remember that I have no excuse for not walking, we have a treadmill! Next week I will be adding Turbo Fire into my workouts, but hopefully I will still keep up with walking daily.0
