Long time, no post π, let's see if I can get this right...
7/9 - 7/11: no log, so I forgot π€·ββοΈ. Would dare to clame that I did some, let's say at least 4:00 in sum
7/12 - 7/14: none, had good long sleep, too
7/15: 5:00 + a workout with DuPree, he had over 2:00 min planks spread during the workout
7/16: 3:00 or more during Rainier Pollard's workout + 3:00 more
7/17: none, sadly
7/18: 6:00, half of which during the HasFit HIIT workout
7/19: 5:00
7/20: none π
7/21: 5:00
7/22: 7:00 with MadFit (replaced 2 of the exercises by side planks in the middle and that felt just right, managed to hold up till the end!)
7/23: 2:00 during the HasFit workout
7/24: 5:00 personal mix (does that make me a DJ? π Or rather, a PJ i.e. Planks Jockey πβ?)
7/25: 3:00 am + 3:00 pm
7/26: 2x4x20 min (HasFit workout, tabata style). Left it at that. Let's say 2 min.
7/27: 5:00
7/28: 4x15 front plank up&down (<=> pull down) during lifting. Sums up to 4:00
7/29: 4:00 after standing abs workout
7/30: 5:00 beautiful minutes

Goal: 100 min7/1: 5:00 of advanced Bowflex (but there were some planned breaks of 15s in between7/31: 6:00
7/2: none, but went to bed early, which is a π
7/3: 5:00 or more during a hardcore HasFit 45 min HIIT workout w weights
7/4: 4:00 after strength, legs day (M&S, Day4)
+ accidentally π 3:00 (or more) during a Le Sweat (in popsugars.com) workout
7/5: Soh's older plank challenge (not easy!)
7/6: 4:00 at the end of M&S Day 2 (legs)
7/7: did a video workout with Jake DuPree (man, was that hard!) where he had a few planks, I'd say 3 min. Later on I did 1 min, to round that up. π
