Seven planks today! I've started this challenge in months prior and never saw it through, never hit a goal. But so far this month, I'm on a roll. I do see results as my stomach is tightening and shrinking. Stomach exercises are my absolute least favorite to do and it's probably because they're the most difficult for me and my stomach is my fattiest area.3

I've been doing my planks incorrectly as husband pointed out today that my butt was too high. Once I lowered where I should be the planks were harder. I did 3 so far but I'll hopefully do more before the day is done.2

I know what you mean π I videoed myself last winter in a plank and my butt was a lot higher than it felt like. It is harder to keep the correct position but the lower stomach area gets more exercise this way. Good planking!2 -

+ accidentally π 3:00 (or more) during a Le Sweat (in popsugars.com) workout
7/5: Soh's older plank challenge (not easy!)
7/6: 4:00 at the end of M&S Day 2 (legs)
7/7: did a video workout with Jake DuPree (man, was that hard!) where he had a few planks, I'd say 3 min. Later on I did 1 min, to round that up. π
