Hi, everyone! This Accountability page has really helped me stay focused and on track. I have one month until a major surgery due to breast cancer and I need to be in the best shape possible. I am a 5'3" female in my early 40s. Unfortunately, I have a a slow healing knee injury, so this month, I am not making weight loss a goal. My goals will be the following:
*Stay within 1200 calories
*Drink 96 oz of water daily
*Focus on arm, chest and ab exercises
* Perform daily knee PT

Somehow my scale is -2 this morning...what is going on? I fully expect to be + some tomorrow, but it was an exciting number to see! Looking forward to what August brings to us all.5 -

I've been staying at 176.3 for the past week, hopefully the scale will start moving soon. So far at the beginning I counted my calories, then drifted apart from it and just did intermittent fasting. But since it stopped working, I think I need to step up my game and start exercising more/ counting calories as well and be mindful of what I eat 🤷♀️
