Introducing myself

Hi, new here and looking forward to keeping myself accountable with this group. Hoping to lose weight, get active, and just get healthy. Plan on walking an swimming the weight off to start. Hoping move into strength training and yoga sooner rather than later. 55 years old. 5’6” and 208. That last bit was a shocker. Hoping to break the 200 barrier soon to keep the momentum going, but I am here for the long hall. I cannot wait to see how where I am a year from now.
