Vegetarian Indian Recipes
I moved from California to Ohio recently. In California I frequently ordered take out from a vegetarian Indian restaurant. There is nothing comparable here in Ohio. I really would love recipes for Chole (chickpeas), Aloo Gobi, Curries. Anything spicy.

I could spend the next hour copying and pasting links but you’d be better off either using Google (other web browsers are available...) or Pinterest to search for yourself. That way you can select a recipe that best suits your desire for authenticity, availability of ingredients and your own skill level.

They're both vegan, not too complicated, and delicious.
The curry recipe, in particular, makes a huge batch of curry that freezes really well, and is good for days.

Ok. I'm horrible but I'm going to recommend you go to amazon and order Jyoti Dehli Saag Spinach and Mustard greens. I keep this by the case and in any emergency, open and eat it all. LOL. I actually serve it with tofu instead of paneer (I thought paneer was tofu the first time I tried it) with quinoa. Not tradish, but delish!0
