Hello all,

I am :
193cm
92kg
24 years old

I am have some muscle but still have a bit fat on top especially around my waist. I really wanna lean down to actually see my muscles better and help me reduce fat in general. I have some upcoming sport tests where i need to be in tip top shape as well. I am already sporting quite often and watching all my food intake. My TDEE showed around 3000 calories to maintain so i started around 2500 calories a day which changed nothing. Now i am at 2000 a day and still my body keeps being the same.

I lost nada. Its like my body goes into survival mode and just stores fat anyways the more i cut. Please what do i do.. ;(

I honestly don’t know but what I do know is that 2000 calories is low for a person your size, progress happens over a large period of time and not over a small period of time.

Are you weighing and measuring your food or just guessing?

I have a kitchen scale for grams. I weigh everything, i put everything in the MyFitnessPal app. I tried cutting fat and everything. It just is not doing much for me :(
