My diet has gone out the window today, but I’ve decided to still track it 🤫😭
I’m going on a 10 mile bike ride soon, but it’s probably not going to make up for my cheesecake outbreak 🤐🤐🤐

Of all the outbreaks to have, a cheesecake outbreak sounds okay. Enjoy your bike ride and the upcoming week, it'll all even out in the end assuming you keep up your logging, activity and awareness...without total deprivation!7

I am 100% in support of logging (or at least making a reasonable estimate) for days when we go off the rails. It's the only way to know if we're on target. It's just data. Your body "logs" it. You might as well:
- Enjoy eating it
- Log it
- Move along and stick with your plan when you're done.
Nice job.
We're all going to have over and under days. We're likely to all have days when the scale is up and days when it is down, even in maintenance. Keep the big picture in mind. If you eat 1000 extra calories today and then eat an extra 100 calorie deficit the next ten days.... you're at zero. BOOM!7 -
I got a slice of cheesecake from a nice bakery for my OH's birthday yesterday and was somewhat horrified to see that if the entry was correct, my 212 grams was 684 calories. I did make it last for two servings, though.
Oh well, today is another day!1 -
Lol..

I have plans to make this someday soon, for me and some coworkers.. i can only imagine the calories this baby is gonna have lol.. but it looks frigging delicious4 -
Hey,
You don't have to 'make up' for anything. It's ok to overeat once in a while. A little indulgence is what keeps these diets afloat in the end.
(Also i think a ten mile bike ride is gonna compensate for a lot lol)4 -
I have a dumb question I've been afraid to ask. What do those little squares (like in the OP) mean?0
-
They are emojis, you must not be able to see them2
-
No, all I see are empty squares. I thought maybe they meant "I'm speechless." LOL. I can see these that are part of this program.0
-
The emojis they are using are not part of the program.2
