Got an air fryer? Baste them with any sauce and fry. Teriyaki is always good.
Marinate chicken breasts in Greek vinaigrette dressing with feta. Drain and grill. Top with a spoonful of oil packed sun dried tomatoes, a sprinkle of feta, and a squeeze of lemon juice. My absolute favorite, and it’s what’s for dinner tonight,2 -

Hahaha.. yeah sometimes I feel like a food hoarder.
Do you have a BBQ sauce you recommend? I won't eat coleslaw cause picky eater but wraps sound good0 -
I've made this quite a few times. https://cafedelites.com/balsamic-baked-chicken-breast/
It's very easy and really tasty. It's also relatively quick, in case you end up not being able to start cooking until late. I assume it's too far to go back to work to get your keys.
I'd also consider a chicken curry or a huge stirfry that you can freeze in portioned bags.1 -

I would suggest a sweet spicy. I'm southern, so I'm biased. Have you tried a sweet mango slaw?0 -

Its not far, but I don't drive, I use an ebike so the battery didn't have enough of a charge for another round trip.
I'll check out your link, I've honestly never had balsamic anything before0 -

you lost me at mango lol.. i don't eat fruit, but any kind of slaw its a texture thing.
Same with stir-fry, as mentioned above, I don't like most veggies that go in a stir fry and another texture issue is hot crunchy veggies lol0 -
Go? Is this a recipe race? How are you gonna cook frozen chicken breasts in the hall?😜3

I might buy some Italian dressing
Speaking of which, back in the day... when I was a kidlet we used to have steak and salad with that dressing
I haven't had a salad in a while maybe that will be a nice change0 -
that looks good too, have never had capers before either lol
Im willing to try anything once however lol0 -
Sit down and commence seance. See if you can contact the dead chickens and coax them to animate their frozen corpses to fly into the slow cooker/instapot/crockpot and turn it on.

I added some to a pasta salad recently - I like this.
You could substitute them for olives in some recipes, if needed.0 -
I dont like olives so maybe I won't like capers lol0

To me, capers are more like pickles than olives, if that makes a difference.0 -
