Just wondering if anyone has any good snack tips whilst dieting? eg..
At the moment im eating some lunchbox size disney cheesy tortillas only 80 calories and they are pretty nice

So if you fancy Doritos 'swap' for Tesco Cheesy Tortillas - 80 calories
or
If you fancy and ice cream 'swap' for a mini twister lolly -45 calories

Any other ideas????? xx
