loosing weight.... :)

Okay.
Loosing weight.
at age 45 (now)

Started to think about my health during corona breakout, i was really sick with my two children so i quit "bad habbits", all at ones, and had something similar to withdrawal symptoms :)

2020 feb 15 119.4kg
2020 june 28 116.2
2020 aug 3 115, work scale (helping elderly)
bathroom scale broke and i've got a new one somewhere in here in between
2020 aug 4 113.1 (new scale)
2020 aug 18 108.6

in july/august i started dieting, no breakfast though bringing fruit or sandwitch along. Bean sallad for lunch, light dinner.

now, not particularly hungry, can have a pizza or steak, real gluttony once or twice a week...
still loosing 321gram 0.7pounds a day on average

the way i calculated it i need 3150kcal a day and i'm loosing about 2250.
i don't feel sick, just very... bouncy, aware and sometimes panic anxiety

Is it a success or do i have cancer?

any thoughts

How can anyone on here tell you if you might have Cancer?

If you think something is wrong you call your doctor. You don't ask people on the internet for advice.

    thats a thought.

Since i don't feel sick or tired and the doctor have not yet found cancer, i guess it's a success?

I did this thing at the age of 17, 28 years ago, being smarter now i ask you guys what you think, and i accidentally slipped with my fingers and put in cancer, kind of a half-joke since i'm 45 and should be looking out for it.

What is you as a reader thinking of loosing 0.7lbs per day until i reach 200 from the present 239.
Aka, my question is, do i loose weight too fast for it to be healthy?

Reiterating the idea that if you think you have something wrong from a health point of view then you should be checked out by a doctor.

Not sure if i'm completely understanding your post, but are eating enough calories a day? Losing 0.7 pounds per day sounds like a lot on a consistent basis.

    thanks alot.
googled "losing 0.7 pounds...." and found answers like caloric deficit.
think i understand now and take it a bit slow.

    true though, 0.7 pounds a day :)

my weight is steadily going down about 5 to as much 12 lbs in a week. Im averaging around 1750 calories a day. Im supposed to be eating 2330 im 314 lbs. After exercise everyday my net calories are around 1250. People think my weight loss is drug related or im drinking too much that flushes everything out. The drugs I take are prescribed for mental health and those havent changed though I due admit maybe inadvertently drinking too much water.

I don’t think English is OP’s native language. I think the cancer reference was intended as humor.

.7 pounds a day is 4.9 pounds a week. That’s much too fast, unless perhaps you started off morbidly obese, or were on doctors orders.

Make sure you fuel your body enough and allow time and patience to be your friends. You will be surprised at how fast the time will pass and how quickly you reach you goal.

I know reaching the goal feels like a slow battle, but once you are there, you will look back and think “wow! That was fast!”

There is no point in rushing and potentially harming your body. You only have one. Treat it with respect.

There is something wrong with the daily calculation above.
    119 kg = 262 lbs - mid February
    108.6 kg = 239 lbs - mid August

6 months for not quite 11 kgs or 23 lbs is a bit under 2 kgs or 4lbs per month, a bit under 1 lb per week. That seems a fair loss to me, especially as this weight is likely to be in the obese range.

(I am myself losing about 2 kgs per month at present, moving from overweight into normal bmi range, although I have mfp set to a loss of 1 lb per week.)

Not even that. The OP has a 2kg scale reset. The OP has been losing .7lbs per week not per day.

That makes a lot more sense.
