Y’all should know that it is legal in the state of New York to return bathing suits and underpants to the store.

To answer the question: bathing suits, underpants

^^ Along the same lines: sofa, couch, sofa bed, and anything else that can collect then trap dander, mites and other buggy things within the upholstery [shivers with paranoia]

i legit cant think of anything i havent bought second hand at some point, or got handed down to me 🤷🏻‍♀️ but my moms owned a couple second hand shops when i was growing up so i am less skeeved out by used things than most people

That is very cool. I was reading a book recently that had the heroine growing up in a second hand shop. I thought it was great

unless it's like a couch or a bed or furniture or something. then you have to wrap it in plastic and let it sit in the sun for like 3 days I think.
