    Hi, macros won’t dictate how much you lose or at what rate. It’s simply a matter of calories in vs calories out.

    However I will say that as you are so close to goal weight, I would seriously reconsider such an aggressive weight loss as 1-2 lbs and would look more to a sustainable 0.5 lbs per week. It may seem discouraging but it’s healthier in the long run and will help you in switching to a maintenance level when you do hit your goal.

    Are you eating 300 calories below what MFP is giving you for weight loss? What are you set at for those numbers - .5, 1, 2 lbs? Only 10 lbs from goal, definitely take it slow, your body will thank you.

    i weight lift 4 times a week and walk 5k-6k steps everyday and the rest of the day i'm just laying idown or sitting lol like a lazy f, its hard to know though cause i might be losing fat and gaining muscle i'm sure i still have like 25%+ fat since i have a lot of fat left in my loose skin or more even

    these were my calorie intake before i noticed i wasn't going down in scale after 2 weeks so i lowered it by another 200 cause after seasoning i would be having 2200-2300+aac4q7kfvhz4.png
