I went over my calories nearly everyday this week, so I’m not surprised I gained a little 😩 On the plus side, I was able to get in 2 workout sessions after nearly a month off! I probably won’t meet my goal by Labor Day, but I’ll take anything I can get! Ready to tackle this new week, let’s do this💪🏽6 -

I met my goal yesterday! I'm surprised it happened so early. My average weight loss this year at most has been 3 lb. per month. The weight has been coming off quickly while I have been aiming for certain macros every day (30% carbs, 40% fat, 30% protein) and keeping my calories under 1300. I'll keep going and see what I can accomplish by labor day.4 -
