    hello, I am new to mfp, joined in early August. I have seen some weight loss just watching my calories. It has the affect of changing my eating behavior. Amazing process to me.     Same here...and I can tell you that this time its working much better for me. In the past when going on my get healthy and lose the weight program within a couple weeks I was back to eating the same ol stuff again...but this time its been a month plus and I am loving the whole thing and don't even desire the junky food any longer! This time I really feel like I am going to make it happen!
