Real calorie burn for today!

So, if anyone saw where I burned nearly 1,500 calories, that was a mistake on my part. I’ve started the 28 day high protein challenge and when I was adding my exercise, I thought I was setting and saving my routines for quick access. The reality is that I’m doing my Sprint Spin class (609 calls) and one hour lifting weights, which I’ve no idea how to calculate. I’m obsessed with lifting and probably need more cardio. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
