I'm looking for New friends I currently can't workout due to foot surgery I recently had once I get cleared I'll be working out from home and going on walks and etc. Please feel free to send me a request.,😁

    Hi Dazzle - I had ankle surgery a month age and am on crutches. I am doing some upper body - pull ups , press & curls + hopping around on crutches .

    Feel free to add me .... I have had 3 fractures in my feet.... 1 surgery where he put a screw in it ... I had my podiatrist appt yesterday ....it went great and I am happy to say I am pain free ...so no more seeing him unless I get injured again ...wishing you the very best :)
