So...

228.8 lbs on July 12th
208.8 lbs on August 28th

Paying attention to daily calories target and sticking to my weight lifting routine (20 minutes/day max)...it works.

Ok...just bragging a bit. That and posting kinda keeps me accountable too

Excellent. You're doing great. What is your lifting routine like?

The routine (Progressively increasing weight and or reps so these will change, but here’s where I’m at now):

    Mon, Wed, Fri

    3 Point Rows 4 sets of 12
    Squats 3 sets of 12
Calf Raise 3 sets of 12

    Tues, Thur, Sat

Bench Press 3 sets of 7
    Deadlift 3 sets of 12
Bicep curls 3 sets of 9

Takes about 20 minutes. I’m sure it’s probably too simplistic, but it’s working for me so far and I can knock it out before dinner.

I’m trying not to go past 12 reps...when I reach 12 I need to up the weight and decrease the reps...but I need some bigger dumbbells to do that. Probably check Craigslist for them...
