30DS results
started August 7th
I did double routines: ex: level 1&2, 1&3 and 2&3

Starter Weight: 141,1, End results: 134,6 (bummed a bit, probably TOM on it's way, the less I was in this program was 133,6)
Neck: 12,75 -12,75
Chest: 36- 35
Bicep: 12- 11
Waist: 33-32
Hip: 37.5 -37
Thigh:22-20
calf: 15.5-14,5
So I lost: 6.5 total body inches
& 4,5lbs loss

Sorry I look like crap, this is what I look like when I work out, be affraid, it's my me time and I can get mean if I get bothered.

Next lined up is
Asylum & Insanity for 30days

    I am so inspired by all the 30DS results on here that I went out and bought the dvd and some hand weigts today. going to the gym tomorrow and going to start the shred on Friday! I can't wait to post my own results pics:)
