Rash

I have this rash on the inside or my arm and neck. Comes and goes. Also notice pain just under my right rib. It’s a red shiny burning rash. I am 6 years out from Gastric Sleeve surgery 9/2014. Gall bladder removed in 10/2019. Any advice??

    I’ve been holding off because closest gastroenterology doctor for me is 4 hours away.

    Why not visit a general doctor?

    I did see a general doctor and even with blood work all she did was give me an allergy injection of Kenalog which didn’t help at all.

    Sounds like it could even be shingles but I am not a doctor. Can you do a virtual visit with a doctor via video or something or urgent care?

    Dermatology is a massively visual speciality. No-one can / should be trying to diagnose a rash on the internet. Even from a photo.

    You need a Dermatologist, not a Gastroenterologist.
