February: Slow Start
Work & family have kept my focus away from fitness
On a processed sugar fast, until the 22nd, current WT 76Kg.
Started my running again, however still not got into any strength training routine, work in progress.
Still looking a bit flabby in the photos. next month's goal will be 75Kg

March: No Focus This Month
I am focused on work, my fitness & diet have suffered, I still record my food intake and took the monthly photos out of habit.
Not uploaded them due to lack of time/motivation
Current WT 77Kg.
Am looking a bit flabby in the photos.
Even this is not motivating me, no goal for next month, just keep recording, am sure I will get my 'mojo' back once I settle to the new work routine

April: Work Focused this Month
Work is taking all my focus, diet and fitness are on the 'back burner'
Working different shifts is draining me.
Current WT 78Kg, just surviving the work routine, waiting for my body to acclimatize to the work pattern.
Still looking 'flabby' in the photo's, still don't care.
Next month's goal, stay alive!

May: Started On Fitness
Work is still my focus, but starting to get used to the routine, gave up processed sugar for Arpil, was rewarded by a WT reduction to 75Kg.
Now wanting to tone up and bring my WT to 73Kg.
So this month's goal is to pick up my dumb bells and tone up. (Strength training is my weakness)
With this entry am up to date with my check in photo's

June: Hectic Month, work has exhausted me
Lots of shifts changes at work, my body clock did not have a chance to 're=set' itself.
Too exhausted to even log my food, when I had the energy my kitchen scales failed!
Took this as a sign from the 'Universe', came off my processed sugar fast'
Indulged in some serious cheesecake and to vary my diet made sure I switched over to ice cream and doughnuts, ensuring my macros were met ;-)
July's photos are going to be interesting.
On a positive note I have discovered the steps app.

July: Damage Control Month, Still exhausted but taking corrective action
Starting to get used to the shift changes, at the end of June my WT was 80Kg.
This triggered me to cut the 'goodies' out of my diet, so back on a 'processed sugar' fast.
The lack of resistance training is showing, this months photo am looking a very flabby 78Kg.
It's been difficult to keep the cardio going, not sure sure I can commit to any strength work, but it's in the 'to do' list.
This month goal get back to 75Kg

August: Acclimatised !
Finally developed some work stamina, now after the shift is done, I no longer collapse into my bed till the next shift is due.
I have excess energy
Started to do some exercises with my weights, still found it boring but persevered.
A new activity, I bought a step counter, my goal for the day is to do 10k steps no matter what, and a softer target is to get 20k depending if I have the energy.
This months goal, to continue with weights and work towards getting 15k steps a day.
My WT goal will be to get to 73Kg and monitor my strength and stamina.
Photos don't seem to reflect the energy I have, but uploaded none the less

September: Getting Results !
Had to slow down towards the end of the month, due to cramping of the left calf, as my water intake has risen, I think its been washing out the salt from my body, so I have increased my salt intake to compensate.
Plodding on with my weight training, can't seem to get enthused about it.
Started to do some exercises with my weights, still found it boring but persevered.
Been enjoying my walks to accumulate steps, something I want to expand on.
This month my WT goal will be to get to 70Kg and monitor my strength and stamina.
