    Hi everyone! I am new to the forums but have been around mfp for ages 🤦🏼‍♀️

    I am in week 10 of a 12 week program with a health coach and I feel that I have completely wasted my time (and money) 😔 I hate exercise but I have learnt a lot about nutrition and have learnt to eat breakfast every morning so I have improved in one way! 😊 I would love to lose some weight before seeing the family for Xmas!

    at 2 pounds per weak supposedly a max healthy loss, you would loose 18 pounds and you need to loose 20 so it's going to be close, but I think you can do it
