I've been on a weight loss journey for a few years now and I am recommitting (again) to losing weight to take steps to living a healthier life. Would love to have a good network of people here to help hold each other accountable and check in on each other as well. Time are hard for health and emotionally as well during these times so feel free to add me as a friend or message/reply and let's all help each other stay focused on getting to our goals!

    I need/want to get back on track i got to goal weight several years ago and kept it off until one day when i fell off track and fell off hard. I’ve gained back more than half of what i lost so i now have about 20-22lbs to lose. I just can’t seem to get started again.
