Sept 5 - I am finding this really hard. I cannot get back to logging food and my weight is just going up. Not sure how to do this put i put get back on track.

Sept 9 - 61.8 ( Keeping to the target 1200 calories has been really hard - experimenting with intermittent fasting this month to see if it helps. The first couple of days led to a lot mid night snacking though )3 -
