What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

Still shooting for the 170’s (and am 1/2lb closer than I was before!) but I have a few new mini goals thanks to the very kind folks in these forums who helped me work through and discuss an issue I was having related to not feeling optimal after sweaty, high impact, high intensity cardio workouts.
1. SLEEP. I think the fall/school routine will demand I figure this out (as if my body not feeling great wasn’t enough motivation). *eye rolling at myself over here* I need more sleep. I used to be able to live life as I currently am without much change but I think that’s no longer the case as of a few months ago. I will start with being asleep before 11pm at the latest and gradually move that earlier until I get back to 8hrs a night.
2. WATER. I feel my best on 1gal a day. That’s a lot of water. I will drink 1/2 Gal before lunch and 1/2 Gal after. It’s the before lunch part that’s been suffering so that’s where my focus is going to be. Funny thing is, I actually still get close to a half a day because without it I feel super thirsty. But as I drink more later in the day to make up for the mornings forgetfulness I experience a proportional amount of disrupted sleep from needing to pee several times in the night. Ridiculous. (Me. I am ridiculous. These habits I have formed this summer are ridiculous. )
3. Stretching/conditioning. I will pursue to build back the habit of cooling down well after my workouts as well as adding in a day devoted to the stretches and exercises that help me feel my best. I am willing to take away a day of harder work and sub this in instead if it means I build the habit. Once the habit is built I will rework the schedule again and reassess from there.
This will likely take me a few months simply because my best lifestyle changes happen gradually over time instead of immediately all at once. I’ll tackle these one at a time starting with the one that seems most doable. Here’s to the mini goals!9 -

To turn 30 and be under 120lbs! It's coming up quick in another couple of weeks.9

Back on August 24...
-Get back to Onederland (about 1.6 lbs to go - Made it!! 199.6)
-Down 40 lbs overall (6.5 4.6 lbs to go)
New Goal:
-Get to 190 lbs ( 9.6 lbs to go)
-Some clothes goals...I've got a pair of jeans that I can finally button again but have horrible muffin top. Then I 've got 2 button down tops that have got that annoying gap at the bust and also a little tight across the back. I will try those 3 items on weekly until they fit!11 -
Super mini is too stay on my eating plan for 7 days, then 14 days, then start adding in complex carbs in small amounts again. Mini goal is to lose 10 lbs by October 6th. Mini goals every month.10

I made it as of this morning! Next mini goal, to get to the lowest weight I got to last time I tried losing weight. 7 lbs to go9 -
I have a bunch of mini-goals coming thick and fast - I weighed 224.3 pounds this morning.
Goal 1. Getting below 16 stone (224 pounds).
Goal 2. Losing 40 pounds since I started again (222 pounds).
Goal 3. Losing three stone (220 pounds).
Goal 4. Getting below 100kg (220 pounds).
I guess goals are like buses!8 -
5 September Next mini goal is to have lost over 2/3 of what I am planning to lose, so to be below 79.4 kg, or to be below 80.0 kg before exercise.
At 79.4 kg this morning after exercise, so 66.9% of my way to goal. That's the first time I have seen that number on the scale for quite a while! And the shirt I bought in the Long Tall Sally closing down sale which showed all my bulges when I bought it looks pretty good now. Unfortunately I did not take a bulgy photo, but here is one from this morning:

My goal is to weigh 159 on September 30th 2020 for a 5 pound weight loss.4

Oh and my new mini goal? (Duh! I was so excited at getting to two-thirds of the way to goal for the first time!) To be under 80 kg all day, not just in the morning after exercise, and to hit 78.3 kg which will be 75% of the way to goal (which is currently 75 kg).5

I want to be under 250 by the end of September. I'm bouncing between 250-252, so it won't take much....10

getting my blood glucose under 100 (when I wake) for 14 days in a row.10

I hit 179 for the first time since 1999 about 10 days ago! New mini goal is to not let it bounce back over 180! Ever!
Next goal 177.17 -
In about four more pounds I'll officially be out of Obese I BMI and into Overweight! Yeeeeessss! So that's my next mini goal.26

I have lost 54 lbs and it has taken me a LONG time! I checked my BMI this morning on the MFP apps tab. My goal has been to go from the obese category to just overweight. I am currently only 4.4 lbs to being just overweight. Getting close!21
