What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

My next mini-goal is to reach my high school football playing weight of 255# by Halloween. It's a stretch, but then aren't all worthwhile goals?8

I want to complete a run at an avg pace of less than 7 min per km. I did 7:01 yesterday for 10K so it should be well within reach but not happened yet.8

Just a tiny mini goal.
After an excellent scales day it appears that I need to lose just half a pound to drop out of the 320 lbs and into the 3teens....
So, seven days to lose at least half a pound!10 -
I’ve finally fallen back into a pattern of regularly hitting the gym and making that part of my life.
However, I’m not so great at planning lunches, which I need to be better at so I’m not getting to 3pm and eating all the biscuitsso that’s my mini goal the next two weeks: pack good, healthy, tasty sustaining lunches

Now that the gyms are open in NY I want to get my strength back. I really want a 225 pound bench press by New Years Eve.4

I bought a pair of jeans from the OP shop, that is size 16 (not 18 or 30, my usual sizes). I want to fit in it. (Could not try it at the store as they closed their changing rooms because of COVID.)
Well, turns out I kinda do fit in it, but I'd like to move in it comfortably and not feel like a stuffed sausage.10 -

Onderland I am only .9 lbs from it I was trying u to get there by Labor Day. I think I’ll go by 5lb mini goals after that. I’ve got some clothing I’d love to wear. Still a little small9

215 is my next goal. Soooo close.

I have recently discovered Poshmark for cheap stuff and I bought a pair of shorts in my size that I wear from the brand, but they were definitely not quite the same size. The difference between 100% cotton and jeans with elastane is the difference between feeling on top of the world and facing the reality that you still have extra pounds that could go. XD
So now, where once the dragonpants of yore are now too big, I have a new dragon to slay: the sparkly dragonshorts that sits 'pon yon hill and mocks me. Not only is it the biggest dragon of all (as it will only be slain by conquering the last 8-10 kilos), but it will be the most rewarding. It is... dare I say it... where "goal" is met.
SO HEAR YE HEAR YE, DRAGON OF SPARKLE SHORTS, I HAVE ARMED MYSELF WITH MY SWORD AND MAGIC AND I AM COMING FOR YOU!
I am motivated.

Going on a trip to a huge swap meet Oct 2nd. Trying to get in better shape to be able to enjoy the experience and all that walking.10

Right now I want to make sure that I'm going to the gym every single day and moving a little bit. That tricks the exercise intolerance into letting me get a little bit stronger incrementally. Perhaps some day I'll be able to work out conventionally, but I'm not there yet. I know it takes a month to make a strong habit, and I know that if I just use a little willpower I can get myself where I want to be.8

I have a doctor's appointment on November 5th and I would love to walk in with an A1C of 6.5 and a 25 pound weight loss. I've already lost 16 of those pounds, so 9 to go in the next 7 weeks. Only family birthdays and Halloween candy stand in my way!! Praying I can stay strong. I may need dhiammarath's sword and magic to make this happen.14

2) Get below 270 (where I was pre-pandemic before I got COVID)12 -
I have these super cool jean shorts that I bought 3-4 years ago thinking they would be a goal, they still are, and this time I am going to get in them and look great!9
