Best Gifts you've ever received?

A while back I had to have some dental work.
It went awry and I swallowed some metal..
It was a huge fiasco because I had to drive myself to the ER from the dentist for an x-ray(in fact I had to go back and get more x-rays until it was "gone").

Anyhow my man remembered I LOVE this ice cream company in Ohio(Jeni's) so he had a 6 pack of it sent to me.

It was just so very thoughtful It's not always about the money spent, but sometimes the fact they remembered something really random that you just adore.

    I was a manager at my job and I was about to transfer to another location. My associates made me a scrapbook of all of us. Each one had their own page. It was great. That was about six years ago, and I still pull it out and look at it..

    Growing up, anytime I went to my Grandma's house I would admire a beautiful teacup that she kept in her china cabinet. It was her favorite also and she cherished it. When I was in my 20's she gave it to me as a Christmas present. How special I felt to know that she loved me so much as to give her cherished teacup to me.

    Nicest thing done for me lately? My boyfriend doesn't have a car right now. I left for work last week and forgot my lunch...left it sitting right on the counter. He rode his bicycle 10 miles to bring it to me. I told him it was the nicest thing anyone had done for me in a long time and he said that he doesn't have much competition because my last couple of boyfriends were crappy, which is true:)

    The best gifts I have received are usually from the heart. My daughter gave me a beautiful bear frame with a pic in it of the family, my husband made me a valentine dinner surprise, it was so sweet... he tried LOL those are just a couple.

    When I was living in London I was wicked craving mac and cheese and when my (now) ex and I got into a fight he went to a food store that had some american imports and bought me three boxes of macaroni and cheese. he knew me so well.
