I need 2544 calories in order to maintain my weight... so if I eat 500 fewer calories that leaves me with a 2000 calorie diet correct? On top of that, I always burn 500 calories when I exercise... that leaves me with a 1000 calorie deficit right? I know I sound stupid but I just want to be sure that I'm doing this the right way! Thank you for your help!
