to low carb or not

Good Morning
I am kind of new to low carb eating and need some advice. i started this journey on august 1st and i have lost about 12lbs. just lately I started intermittent fasting and noticed I'm eating less than 10 grams of carbs per day. is this bad?

    New to low carb/keto added IF after a month's journey. Throwing everything up against the wall can result in eating it all back in a fraction of the time it takes to lose it without a strategy and a concrete plan.

    Agree with Diatonic. Listen, if you DON'T plan to eat carbs the rest of your life, then keep to that diet. But approaches like this seldom become LIFE LONG practices. The issue of weight gain happened because you ATE MORE THAN YOU NEEDED TO. So the approach should be EAT JUST WHAT YOU NEED TO. And carbs can be part of that. I eat ice cream EVERYDAY. I just don't eat a whole pint.
