Mostly indirectly I think but I firmly believe it’s possible at least in small (sometimes big) doses
Doses of:

was on clearance at walmart. i think it was like $75 originally and they had it marked down to 40 so i bought it. i been vacuum sealing everything since.
i think im even gonna vacuum seal up some emergency clothes, socks, underwear, shoes, credit cards and a bag of my skittles in case the apartment ever catches fire and the fire department shows up to put it out cause i heard the water damage is just as bad or more damaging than losing everything to the fire in the first place.6 -

Yeah but not if they don’t use water and just stand by while it burns
I’ve heard
Anyway good call on the skittles, an important part of any bug out bag

arguably the most important part. i also sealed up a big bag of tootsie pops for my emergency food stash because i figure when the warlord times start i should be able to trade those for like 3, potentially 4, sisterwives.
they won't be top of the line sure but its a start.6 -

Is 10000 too much?
i'm not so sure - best to speak with your doc about that. my oncologist recommends 5000 in winter for me - but i live in a northern climate0 -
