What other APP's do you use on your health journey?
I use MFP to track my calories and macros. I mostly just pay attention to calories though.
What other apps should I be using for say exercise, motivation, meal planning, guidance, tracking, steps, etc?

* 8Fit (I forgot to cancel the app and am now bound for a year ...thank goodness it's good lol)
* Google Fit & Moto360's exercise challenges (but mostly step tracking)
* Yoga Down Dog1 -
Gaya gps for hikes and walks
GymGoal for weight lifting1 -
FitBit (my MFP is set to sedentary and my exercise gets added via FitBit)
Strava (linked to FitBit)
Clue ( if you know, you’ll know)
Down Dog (for when the YWA channel on YouTube isn’t “right”).1 -
I don't have anything too tech-y. The only other 'health' apps I use are Clue and Runkeeper.2

Just Happy Scale to track my weight trends. Used to use the UA Record app paired with MFP but now my Apple Watch does that for me. Will have to check out that Down Dog app though...2

Moodpath for depression/mental health
MySgr for blood sugar
Fit On for phone workouts
EBTi for mindfulness
YouTube for workout music and workouts

Amazon music
Oh, and Fitbit!
Facebook for fitness groups and cooking ideas1 -
MFP - The hub for me. I log my food, my weight, any exercise not tracked on my fitbit and enjoy the community.
Fitbit - For the graphs and to sync with my fitbit. MFP's exercise is adjusted by the fitbit.
Zombies Run! - Because running away from zombies is very motivating4 -

My stuff uploads to Strava but I don’t really use it.
Then other apps as needed (Parks/trail maps), RaceJoy when supported, motigo, other event specific apps.1 -
Libra...tracks scake trends since I weigh daily
Fitbit app.. tracks my fitness progress
Amazon Music.. loosely speaking, I guess, because it has my workout Playlist
YouTube....if I don't feel like taking a walk, there are free workout options0
