Hey everyone! well this might be my 5000000 attempt to diet. But I believe that this time is for real, I am happy that technology has enable us to use all these great gadgets. I have been taking care of my diet for 2 and 1/2 weeks and i have lost around 8lbs or 4 kls. Feeling pretty good...

So i have tryd many things to drop these dang pounds.. my sister told me about this MFP and we have a friend that is doing it to and it seems to be working for her.. So i thought why not give it a try what is there to lose.. i have been doing it for about a week now and am down 5lbs
I hope i can stay on track and follow this through till the end..
