I would love to hear your best grab-n-go snacks.

Nothing I have to make - things I can just get at the store and toss in the fridge or cupboard.
Need things I can grab in the morning and toss into my lunchbox to snack on at my desk.

Right now I am doing:
- Instant Oatmeal
- Larbars
- Hard boiled eggs
- Cottage cheese
- Apple sauce
- Snack packs (P3 or lunchable style)
- String cheese

I keep the following prepared for quick snacks in the refrigerator: cauliflower, radish, cucumber, bell pepper, carrots, celery. These are my go-tos if I have a snack attack or throw in a bag with some Table Tasty.

    Fruits.

    Grackers and hummus.

Veggie sticks (celery, carrots) and hummus. That one requires some minimal preparation.

Fruit slices and peanut butter (again, minimal preparation in advance).

    Seaweed Snacks.

Kale chips if you can buy some near you. Mske-your-own is possible, but, well, means you have to make them.

Crispy bean snacks (fava beans or chickpeas).

    Nut mix/trail mix.

    Bliss balls.

    Muesli bars.

    Popcorn.

Lately, a “Hermann the German” 10 calorie hard ginger candy that I suck on while walking to yoga or the gym.

Never been a hard candy fan, but I love ginger and these are just the perfect little tiny hit of taste and energy.

    - Single serving of Greek yogurt or skyr
    - Half a Cliff bar or Nature's Valley XL Protein Bars
    - 1.5 scoops of protein pow in a shaker cup
    * All bran buds mixed with mixed seeds/nuts and some dried fruit

I feel like I'm a peanut butter addict, so I started buying Jif to-go packs. It has been invaluable for me. I limit myself to one a day and still get my peanut butter fix, but it's pre portioned so I won't overeat it. I will normally slice up an apple and use that as a vessel for the PB. It's a great, quick snack.

These are my favourite treat at the moment: https://mimisgarden.de/ Either the raspberry and chia or the cocoa and linseed. They are based on dates and they are completely delicious (they come in at 37 cals for one).

If you want to stretch the peanut butter flavor, I recommend mixing it with a couple tablespoons plain Greek yogurt. Then you have more dip for you apples!
