Hey! I’m a 31 year old new(ish) mom who has got into body building. I’m currently on a weight loss and fitness journey. I have been training since 6 weeks postpartum 3 times a week and have not missed one workout. I would love to share journeys and get some inspiration from people who love the gym too!!
